Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer the following domestic shipping options at checkout:
• Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) — calculated at checkout
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $[X]
All orders ship from Missouri. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it was placed.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the best rate and service.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after shipment.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we’re happy to help. If your package appears lost (no movement for 7+ business days), contact us and we’ll work with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
