Processing Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM CT are processed and shipped the same business day.(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer the following domestic shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) — Flat Rate $5 at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

All orders ship from Missouri. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it was placed.

Specialty Item Shipping

The following items are fulfilled with a flat-rate shipping fee of $3 regardless of order size or destination:

ACH Pro Shot Serum Set

This flat rate is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying products.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the best rate and service.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we are happy to assist. If your package appears lost (no movement for 7+ business days), please contact us and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.
